I’ve made an experimental #Gentoo-ebuild for #Glimpse, it is in the repository “tastytea”¹. It is not thoroughly tested yet, but it seems to work.

Note: You can’t install Glimpse and the GNU Image Manipulation Program at the same time, since some of the files they install are colliding.
