This one's a fan character for Solatorobo, Mille Crêpe. She's an anti-robot sniper with the Kurvaz hunter guild, and a devout follower of one of the setting's two major religions, Anju, promising never to harm a person with her rifle.
Also included is a reference for the regular Kurvaz soldiers from the artbook to get a better idea of the armour
