Uh-oh. I think I went too long without my ADHD medication. Taking it now to rev up for a busy day of crisis management and I feel buzzed. Too wired. It's distinctly unpleasant.
And this is why I don't recreationally partake. Without clarity of mind, I risk getting panic attacks

Eek yeah it can be rough. My clinician taught me how to water titrate my meds after a break, but that only works if your meds are powdered.
I hope it settles soon for you
