It’s called Chunsuke but we call him “puny bird” like the species that Tsubasa / Cure Wing from Hirogaru Sky Precure is from.
And to answer that, we did get him with a little help of an employee who placed it so just grazing it with the claw sends it off falling into the hatch 😅 (after we already tried and failed like 10 times)
