@gavi just as all other education regarding prejudice against minorities, it should be the rest of us stepping up so you don't have to do it alone. Even if we need guidance ourselves at times to recognize more innocuous-seeming examples, we should be nurturing the desire to stop others from perpetuating the same mistakes
