Heard some rumblings about Meta having NDA'd meetings with some fedi admins.
GoToSocial will investigate automated blocking of Meta instances, as soon as we know more about what they're planning and what their software looks like.
Fuck Meta, they've caused more than enough harm elsewhere without wading into this place too; and fuck folks who are meeting with them in secret instead of simply and unambiguously telling them to fuck off.
Don't let those pieces of shit get a foothold here.

@dumpsterqueer the ongoing situation with the Mastodon codebase's management followed with website boy's involvement in these meetings makes me want to learn Go and help GTS set a new standard for fedi software, in abject defiance of Meta
