Ah good, great, excellent. I moved 750 miles and practically burned myself to a cinder to do it to get away from terrible California property profiteering and as soon as it got nice enough here to open the windows my direct neighbor seems to have moved out and the house is being flipped in a flurry of noisy-ass construction.
Sigh. It is the way of things in 202X...
@elfi There's a lot of reasons. This is better than living between two condos that got flipped 3 times in a row each without an actual person living in them between them at least.
