Hearing from a friend in brazil that there's a coup d'etat happening right now.
Their military has closed the borders, police are arresting any voters with left-leaning stickers, and the commander has said they won't follow brazil's supreme court anymore.
To anyone in brazil right now, please stay safe!

@Zauberin Alright, yeah, there's voter suppression going on for sure and that's bad. I can't find anything else indicating a military takeover though, so hopefully it doesn't come to that

@Zauberin I can't seem to find verification for this, and there's a lot of attention on Brazil right now so I can't imagine it'd go unnoticed. I'm starting to wonder if there's misinformation being spread to deter left-wing voters
