kickstarter being unionized means there's a non-zero chance of pushback but the problem with tech unions is that they're still tech and as you may know tech (and many tech workers) is very very very into crypto
don't expect pushback on the public benefit corporation front. like b-corps, it mostly exists as a marketing label and nothing with any real teeth
the only way to really make crypto stop happening is the sort of thing you can't say without getting suspended from twitter
