In the middle of the pandemic I used to joke "oh no I almost forgot my mask! I wouldn't want people thinking I'm a Republican!"

But now that I'm fully vaxxed, and my state has lifted the mask mandate for anyone who is fully vaxxed, that kind of actually is my only reason for wearing a mask. I don't want people to be afraid that I might be a Republican who is just pretending to be vaccinated to get out of wearing a mask.

So I'm still wearing a mask when in stores around strangers.
