Does the F in TF stand for Form or Fetish? I always assumed TF just stood for transform but now I'm questioning everything.

Come to think of it, is TF even a necessarily a fetish? Like if I say something is good TF content does that imply I had pants feelings about it? Because usually when I see transformation stuff I just think it's neat without any kind of sexual feeling. I just like things that turn into other things.
