A) works on both Windows and Linux
B) can synchronize across multiple devices
C) is free

If it's the latter, I have a solution :P

@ChlorideCull custom reminders, for stuff like taking my meds or getting up to move around.

I've been using thunderbird's tasks thing for a while, which works, but it has weird performance problems and I have to manually clean up completed tasks.

@zauberin i have custom software that has a kobold pop up to tell me what to do, like, it pops up on the hour to tell me to drink water, and at 11.30 to get lunch

only issue is that it's not that flexible atm
