Today has been busy for me. I got some successful minis printed, cleaned, and cured, thoughmy attempts to prime them were met with difficulty and gusts of wind so I need to try for a second coat again tomorrow and hope it doesn't get caked up enough to lose any detail. Oh well, practice and patience.
Meanwhile my sister has tasked me with making a replacement keycap for her, and armed with some digital calipers and a decent knowledge of Blender, I've managed to make good progress! It's also good practice for making the 126 film negative holder my mother needs, building something from the ground up.
Other future projects for modelling include modifying some split joycon grips to incorporate SL/SR triggers, a paint tube rack, and once I learn 3D sculpting, a miniature in the style of @foretbwat@twitter's imps
