First Gundam spoilers
My favorite scene in Gundam is the final scene of the first series.
Amuro's found family crowded onto a life boat, and Amuro lost adrift in dark space, calling out to each other across the distance with all the love in their hearts.
The joy of reunion as they reconnect and pull into a big hug atop their tiny boat. The fires of battle still glow in the distance but for them the war is finally over. Their reward is each other and that's worth the world.

I'm getting teary eyed and I think it's cuz I just want this struggle to be over and to snuggle into a big hug as I escape with my found family.

@elfi I couldn't even get through the first couple chapters. How does it end? All I know is Amuro dies and Char joins the White Base to help take down the Zabis, but I think that happens in the middle.
