cute dress + leggings is, honestly, my pretty usual 'daily uniform'. comfy leggings mean you don't have to worry about shaving your legs (or being upskirted and having your panties show), and dress is honestly at that point like a long tunic so you can have it hit above the knee or even miniskirt length if you're feeling daring!

if you want even more definition of HEY LOOK I HAVE A WAIST, bolero tops and cardigans are also really nice! having them hit at that cropped level is a big BEHOLD! HERE THERE BE.............. TITS!!!, and honestly if you have a baggier, looser dress that you then cinch in with a cute belt, that's a lot of the way to fooling the eye into that hourglass shape. ....i admit for this here i'm talking very much about plus-sized fashion perspectives so there's some "avoid showing your tummy AT ALL COSTS" but also, honestly, little cardigans good. my favourite one right now is fro modcloth, they do just a nice basic cropped cardi really well. i also LOVE lacey boleros but those have gotten more and more difficult to find which is just mildly infuriating but 😩 ALAS

i also can dig up that basic "here's how i do my makeup" video i did for a friend if you want to take a looksee at that! idk if i've recommended the makeup brand canmake to you yet, it's japanese makeup so they have the philosophy that is a little more "accentuate what you've got, the minimal look" instead of the more "pile on the full coverage and use contour to RESCULPT YOUR FACE BONES" that's been popular in the west. it makes things a lot more accessible if you're getting into it also because, well, it's meant to be pretty easy to toss on as an accentuation to natural look.

i have their transparent powder and honestly one of the great things about canmake is just how pretty all their packaging is. it's very shiny and very girly and like.. it's just pretty! the seller that sells things from them on amazon is very proud of being the one official reseller and includes a little packet stating this and sometimes an extra goodie, like a sample or so on. once i got this lovely little mini stationary set where the slogan is "it's fun to be a girl" and i'm just like... fuck yes canmake, it sure as fuck IS
