but what scenario do you have in mind? it's like disability aid, anything that can help a minor can also help an adult, nothing Happens once you reach the number written on a paper in your country's law book

@ckie@social.pixie.town in a lot of countries, nudes that fulfill certain criteria are pornography and distribution is often regulated harshly. lots of people could get locked up for years, theoretically.
but writing “minors DNI” into a profile description will not change that.

@tastytea i think i'd be okay if on an instance with minors they just had "enter your bday" and a "you're not 18 yet, can't see this post, sorry" to avoid that kinda liability
