i want a kernel-level driver to talk MIDI to my [cp2102 uart interface](https://www.silabs.com/documents/public/data-sheets/CP2102-9.pdf) and i'm not sure what this is? i want ALSA specifically so i can use pulse/pipewire and have it Work regardless of what sound system i'm using on top of that
