A tip for those that present over video calls:

People often say, "Can everyone see my screen?" and wait awkwardly for someone to unmute and say "yep".

Instead, you can flip it and say "Let me know if you can’t see my screen." or "You should be seeing my screen now, let me know if you can’t." No awkward waiting, and no need for an interruption unless there’s actually a problem.

@hisaac another tip: when sharing entire screen, set your screen resolution to a minimum, especially if you have a larger display. Will make the screen share less stressful on your computer while also ensuring everyone can read what you are looking at
