Well, I thought I finally got a new housemate after everything settled, but they never came by to sign the lease on the date we scheduled and haven't responded by text or email, so I'm forced to assume they flaked or ghosted me, and I need to find a way to make rent again by June.
Additionally, if you know of anyone in or around the Kitchener-Waterloo or Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph area in Ontario that's looking for a place, please get us connected! I'm back to looking for a roommate!

@elfi funnily enough, i have a couple friends in kitchener, but i don't think either of them are looking for a place to stay. I'll ask them if they know anyone that's looking though!
